Alignment Principle
- Mind/Heart- senses and interpretations, commander of Nervous system
- Body -cells, systems
- Spirit- beliefs, un-knowns, illusions
The principle of Alignment or lack there of, is perceived on many levels...simultaneously. For most of us, entering into the state of Alignment is, to say the least, an effort and often random. More often we may even fail to recognize the fundamental priority of internal alignment to every facet of our lives. When we look at the bare-bones mechanics of alignment, making more room for our own definition of the principle, we can begin applying it to many more aspects of our lives and enjoying the rewards. As we learn to reflect and begin to initiate insight, we often find that there are unseen factors that limit whole or complete alignment. These “factors” are the clues and symptoms of residual traumas that are linked to our personal past. Their counter-parts are fears associated and derived from the past traumas and then projected into future-fears....Both related traumas have to do with blockage of Life-force and are “wounds” that affect health and wellness and as a term of reference, we might refer to them as Fear-trap-though-forms.
BASIC RELATIONSHIP OF HEART AND MINDFULNESS- Some facts that are supported by science and can be developed to the level of deep sensory intelligence (knowing):
Most of us come to the understanding of Alignment through the physical body, more specifically, the muscles and bones. Muscle and bone alignment are part & parcel with each other, meaning that dominant muscle groups affect bone alignment by pulling bones out of natural alignment; and muscle groups that are less used or “atrophied” put stress on the natural position of the bones and tension in other parts of the body.

All the bodily senses;touch, smell, see, hear, taste, are ulta-sensitive-measuring-qualities, that can be developed to very high levels of “internal radar”. These in-born sensing skills are there for the purpose of basic guidance but have the capacity to become precise beyond measure …. in other words, always accurate. Healing and un-commonly high levels of sensitivity comes from developing these basic intelligences and a highly refined team of senses has learned how to learn together, much the same as the obstacles a group of individuals might face to learn to work, compliment and grow with each other. Some of our senses are favored and so become dominate or relied on more. This creates degeneration or dormant behavior for the senses that are less used or less developed, and a type of filtered perception, as not all the senses have been include for in-put.
The Alignment principle is also very related to how messages are delivered via the nervous system. “Half-Hearted or mixed messages”, confused and/or messages inter-mingled with doubt that go against sensory-readings (dis-belief), not listening to sensory-feed-back (mind dominates heart perceptions) and missing the life-experience given through sensory experiences (how to learn-change-develop & refine from experience), all, confuse the body and put doubt into sensory intelligence. Alignment is based in self-sincerity, our inner building-blocks for understanding, critical-thinking and sensory-measure. Without a deep trusting relationship with our own senses, we have no true way of measurement.
Alignment continues to widen out to include the understanding that the senses are like a reconnaissance unit, and the data they receive is relayed immediately to the heart, percolated up to the brain, sent out through the nervous system and received by each cell. This is considered natural or correct Alignment. This reference is to both the inside environment such as emotions or strong thoughts, and on the outside such as what you are seeing, hearing feeling etc, and that there are “adaptive measures” taking place, a constant state of minor fluctuations that regulate the relationship of change, need for motion or stillness and a centered feeling of equilibrium. This continuous stream of fluctuating information is being delivered to every cell of the body and negotiations are taking place in direct proportion to regulating balance. Cellular agreements that are not reached, have impact on health, basic sanity, daily harmony. Reflection and In-sight are the tools from mediation and negotiating cellular dis-harmony..and one should always take the time to “reach agreement amongst the cells”, or pay the price in blockage and accumulated dis-harmony; the very essence of chronic and compounded conditions.
Understanding the bodily systems is “circulation management”.The very nature and definition of the word “Alignment” suggests its linear nature. In the case of relating it to circulation management, I am referring to a very direct or linear relationship with keeping circulation strong. Developing an awareness of how we support weak circulation is a first step, interrupting or re-training new habits that address the many circulations of the body could be as easy as beginning a practicing in Tai Chi or QiGong.
Spirit Alignment is very directly affected by physical dis-harmony and vice versa. Physical weakness or debilitation transfers to the spirit and affects our beliefs, belief in ourselves, our abilities and capacities. Mental and emotional imbalances create doubt, hesitations, apathetic attitudes, righteous-ness, contractions and stagnations that can affect our spirit to do things, to be spirited or full of life force. The greatest danger is not that we have moments like this in a lifetime many times, but that patterns and habits often replace “live inter-action”, the chance for options and infinite possibilities is often blocked by the past habits or limitations; we must reckon with our habit/patterns so as not to forsake our presence, clarity and the common sense that guides our lives. Wholeness of the mind/body/spirit pierces illusion, breaks-through fear-trap-thought-forms and creates an open perspective to life's un-knowns.....
In summary, Alignment is a measuring tool, that requires basic connection and balance relationships, can be applied to any and all things and is an innate, in-born power that can be developed to degrees that we are only beginning to realize. The journey towards this evolving refinement is remarkable, challenging, rewarding, and of the highest order...to know ourselves and thus to begin to know each other...
