Here's some of the work done to make the cakes. We held a little celebration at our house, had some Chrysanthemum honey tea, Chongyang Cakes, and lots of Oolong tea.
Health and Wellness takes both study and practice. This workshop offers an introduction to two forms of Qigong, laying the foundation for a lifetime learning approach to internal development. These are part of the structure of Lineage Tai Chi learning.
We had a decent showing of people who were interested in learning about Tai Chi, Qigong and Yinjing. We did a quick demo of all three practices and then went to another room to talk and have Tea and snacks!
Michael presented at the National Yoga Month event at Emerald Park. He instructed a class of primarily Yoga students on the first 8 movements of the Yijingjing.
Michael presented at Robert Ross' event and shared Tai Chi and Qigong teachings and fundamentals to the audience. Everyone reported feeling better and more relaxed at the end.
