an introduction to two forms of Qigong, laying the foundation for a lifetime
learning approach to internal development. These are part of the structure of
Lineage Tai Chi learning.
Yijinjing Qigong: Original Shaolin practice for changing the muscles and
tendons with active stretching and stimulation.
Shibashi Tai Chi Qigong: A set of 18 soft movements for balancing blood,
breath and energy.
