Classes are now held Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 10:30. Or come at 9 (half hour early) for YiJinJing QiGong(more on this later).The Tuesday evening class has been discontinued and is now the Wednesday evening class.
It is held every... wait for it... Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Cost per class is $10, or pay just $35 for the month and attend any and all the classes you want!
To summarize:
Morning QiGong: Tues and Thur: 9:00(30) - 10:30am
Evening QiGong: Wed: 6:30 - 7:30pm
$10 per class or $35 for the month
