Mission

Transformation Arts is a formal Internal Arts passing lineage tradition that shoulders socially responsive action in the return, creation and education of self-health care practices and oral/written instruction of lineage Tai Chi/QiGong and Yoga. Actively engaged in Health Care Reform, Transformation Arts reflects, adapts and considers time-tested and global best practice standards. The Lineage uses the commonalities of Human-Shared Qualities, practical application of time-tested training and transformed individual results and science-based research as the measure.

Self-Health Program

This proposal is aimed at initiating a standard setting and process in Mind/Body Fitness training. Public education, and a strong connection to the Health and Medical professions, is the back-bone of this program. Parameters that have established consistent results (centuries of refinement) in the Biophysical sciences of such Internal Arts as Tai Chi, Yoga, Chi Gung, will be applied to provide practical guideline standards for the balanced health of the mind/body/spirit. Cultural standards are often changed or interpreted differently.
