Cellular Memory; Learning to work with THE Inner “United Nations”

Growing up in a left-brained, linear, compartmentalized society, I have many memories (as I am sure all of us have) of being guided and directed in my early learning and development. Logical, analytical, and deductive learning methods of education develop certain aspects and qualities of intelligence, but do not begin cover the wide spectrum of how we learn, or recognize other forms of natural intelligence.

Before Health and Wellness was an Industry

Whether you see things more from the evolutionary or creation point of reference, there was always a time that preceded modern medicine. In times of old, healers were considered to be mysterious people, having special abilities or powers that the average person did not. Healers who chose to serve those in need using what they had were the pioneers of mind/body/spirit medicine.

Response and Reaction: The Link between the Higher and Lower Nature

The science and religion of Human development has always been of interest to us because it seems to thoroughly represent the stance and position of an age old discussion: Did we evolve from “lower life forms?Or: Were we created in the image of god?

STALKING THE HUMAN NATURE; Foundations in the lower nature, and the potential of evolution

Life style is related to health and wellness, and learning to observe one's habits, tendencies and intentions can be a place to begin a deeper form of self care. The external body is our personal 3-D material expression, and as such, holds pathways to understanding ourselves, as both a starting point and a way to work inwards.

The internal body is also in a material form, but is felt rather than visually seen, and so it expresses a different form of self contact, one that is seen and experienced through feeling.

Pain Management Prevention and Recovery: Possibly the hardest conversation to have

In the field of Health and Wellness, and in regard to advice-taken from medical professionals, the topics of self care and pain management/prevention/recovery rank as the top three on the list of difficulty. Among many professionals that I have spoken with over the years, this conversation is often referred to as almost not worth having...Why?

It would seem that we have become used to health and Wellness being administered and delivered to us:

We can make positive choices to improve our lives

When practicing we sometimes notice that something does not feel right in our body, or the way we’d like it to. Perhaps its a pain, ache, or discomfort that is signalling to us rather strongly. Consider that this may be a form of communication, and our body is trying to tell us that something might need a little change. Getting a little scared of these inconsistencies is common, and attempts to make a quick fixes or alterations seems like the best course of action at the time.

Recovery and Prevention Expertise; The Answer to Compound Conditions is Holistic Application

In response to the many changes Humankind is going through, we cannot look away from the decline in Health and Wellness and it's relationship to the seeming benefits of “civilized lifestyle.” While there are many new, creative and wondrous advancements that have come from our evolution and development as a species, we cannot over-look what we have over-looked along the way. Creativity has a strange way of distracting us from common sense, as we revel in the joy of many expressions.

Four Pillars Eight Words - Chinese Astrology and Your Practice

When was the last time you thought about the way in which you made choices in your life? What instructs you to choose one course of action over another? Chinese people have known for a long time that we have an internal compass, our heart, which guides us in all aspects of our life. We have the innate ability to feel if something is favorable or good for us.
